VRF & VRV Systems

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) — also known as VRV (Daikin's trademark) — is the gold standard in commercial HVAC. A single outdoor condensing unit serves dozens of indoor units across multiple zones, each independently controlled.

Unlike traditional ducted split systems that cool everything to the same temperature, VRF allows each room, floor, or zone to run at its own setpoint. Empty conference rooms turn down automatically. The server room runs at 18°C while the lobby stays at 24°C. The result: precise comfort control with 30-50% less energy than conventional systems.

For Belize's climate, VRF eliminates the oversized-AC problem. Most buildings are over-cooled because their systems can't modulate. VRF compressors run at exactly the speed needed — no more, no less.

Multi-Zone Independence

Up to 64 indoor units from a single outdoor condenser. Each zone has its own thermostat, schedule, and setpoint. Ceiling cassettes, wall-mounts, ducted, and floor-standing units — mixed and matched to suit each space.
